We have been providing training and support to ACT! and ARES users for over 12 years.  There's not much we can't fix!

 

CoStar Group discontinued support for ARES in 2005, and they now refer all technical support calls to us. We offer paid technical support at a discounted rate to ARES users.

We work with all versions of ACT! (including the new 2009 version 11), and CoStar ARES 6 and 2000.

Our technical support agreement can be downloaded here . Once it has been signed and faxed back, please call us to schedule a support appointment. 

 


Technical Support Rates


1 hour support package - $ 130

3 hour support package - $ 325

5 hour support package - $ 499

All support calls are billable in 30-minute increments. A support package must be purchased before we can provide support.

On-site support, installation and training in your office is also available.
