Older versions of ACT! and CoStar ARES Technical Support

We have been providing training and support to ACT! and ARES users for over 17 years.  There's not much we can't fix!

CoStar Group discontinued support for ARES in 2005, and they now refer all technical support calls to us. We offer paid technical support at a discounted rate to ARES users.

Please note that ARES is NOT compatible with Windows Vista or Windows 7.

We work with all versions of ACT! (including the new 2010 version 12), and CoStar ARES 6 and 2000.

Technical Support Rates

Technical support and custom ACT! design work is $130.00 per hour.

All support calls are billable in 30-minute increments. A one hour or greater support package must be purchased before we can provide support - any time left over will be available for your future needs.

On-site support, installation and training in your office is also available.
